The song is the fourth track from his newly released 10-track album titled “To Be a Man” as a dedication to his ex-lover. Alieu Melody emphasizes that despite going their separate ways, they should not see each other as enemies.
“How Are You My Ex” went viral after a snippet was released on social media. Fans speculated that the song is a direct shot at the legendary singer, M2 D Ladies Doctor, as it’s alleged that both were in a romantic relationship.
