The Mayor of Freetown City Council, Yvonne Aki-Sawyer has on the 25th December 2023 extended Christmas wishes and appreciation to the council’s sanitation team for their hard work in having the city kept clean.

She called on residents of Freetown to always keep the streets clean and have a healthy city for all

Her message reads; Freetonians please join me in giving a shout out and wishing #MerryChristmas to the Freetown City Council #SanitationTeams! They are back on the streets every day now (including #ChristmasDay) to make sure our city is clean!

#Freetonians, please play your part. Don’t throw your garbage on the streets, in our gutters or in our waterways. Only use #FCC #approved #waste #service #providers.
