APC Chairman, Alfred Peter Conteh Risks Imprisonment as Court Set to Deliver Judgement
Binta Koroma Sierra Leone’s Judiciary has notified the general public that the Hon. Justice Adrian Fisher will today hear the matter between Alfred Peter Conteh and Ernest Bai Koroma and others.
According to the notice, it seems the main opposition Party, All People’s Congress’s Chairman, Alfred Peter Conteh is risking imprisonment as he continues to dodge court judgements.
“ Take Notice that the Hon. Justice Adrian Fisher will today hear the matter between Alfred Peter Conteh and Ernest Bai Koroma and others.
B&J Partners filed on behalf of the 3rd Defendant (APC Party) praying that the Plaintiff herein, Alfred Peter Conteh, be committed to Prison for contempt of Court in that he has deliberately disobeyed and continues to disobey judgment delivered by Hon. Justice Adrian Fisher dated 28th April, 2022.” The notice reads.
