Another Trouble For APC as Sylvia Blyden Files Case Against Ernest Koroma, Osman Yansaneh And Others
Ishmaila Jalloh Sylvia Blyden has filed legal papers against Ernest Koroma, Osman Yansaneh and Others.
Sylvia Blyden wrote; “Proud to inform you all that I have today successfully filed legal papers at High Court against Ernest Koroma, Osman Yansaneh, PPRC, etc.
I will be personally representing myself and making my own legal points in the matter when it hopefully comes up for hearing on Monday 18th October 2021.
Instead of applying for a brand new court case to be opened, I have decided to not waste Judiciary’s time so I have rather applied to be added to ongoing case of Alfred Conteh versus Ernest Koroma & Others but I’m coming from different other challenges.
I filed a 102 paragraph Affidavit to back up the 25 Prayers that I seek from Court.
