APC Will Win 2023 Presidential Poll – Ernest Bai Koroma Speaks
During the introduction of the newly elected Chairman of Koinadugu District at his Residence in Makeni, the APC Chairman and Leader, Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma, while congratulating the newly elected Chairman said that from what has been manifested in the just concluded bye-elections in Koinadugu where the APC emerged victorious despite the several electoral malpractices it now becoming apparent that there is a clear victory for the APC in the 2023 Presidential Poll.
He said the bye-election in Koinadugu District clearly shows that with unity in the APC the party would always emerge victorious in an election.
Ernest Koroma highlighted the electoral malpractices in ward 155 bye-elections, which he described, as a daylight robbery stating that his party would never accept that result.
He said the tampering of ballot in ward 155 bye-elections has put the integrity of NEC to the test stating that his party would never accept that election result but they are anxiously waiting on the Chief Electoral Commissioner to look at their concerns before they could institute a legal action.
He also spoke about the excruciating hardship in the Country which continue unabated and the failure of the SLPP Government to address it.
He furthered that the time is now for APC to work together, embracing one another and look at the bigger picture for the party to bounce back into power in the forthcoming Presidential elections.
He concluded by saying that any political party that does win election would always envisaged difficulties and encouraged all APC Members to work together for the party to emerge victorious in 2023 Presidential poll.
