President Bio Reinstates SLMA Executive Director
Salamatu Y. Kamara The Office of the President of Sierra Leone has announced the reinstatement of the Sierra Leone Maritime Administration Executive Director, Paul Sooba Massaquio.
This was made known in a notice, dated 24 January 2023.
The decision to reinstate Mr. Massaquoi came after the Court of Sierra Leone acquitted and discharged him of alleged corruption charges.
It was stated in the notice that the acting Executive Director, Sama Ansu Gamanga should return to his position as Deputy Executive Director.
