President Bio Sacks Youth Minister Orman Bangura, Two Others
Tolulope Aina President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone has dismissed three high-ranking officials from their positions, according to a public notice issued by the Office of the President.
The announcement, released from State House on March 17, 2025, and signed by Secretary to the President, Dr. Emmanuel A.R. Gama, confirmed the immediate removal of:
- Mr. Mohamed Orman Bangura, Minister of Youth Affairs.
- Mr. Moriba Koroma, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
- Mr. Ahmed Saybom Kanu, Managing Director of the Sierra Leone National Shipping Company.
Wow, thank you Mr president.
But what lead to the immediate dismissal?
Bunch of indiscipline government officials. Let them go and rest. They abandoned their respective government for party local elections with hooliganism
