The court of Appeals has yesterday adjourned the appeals case brought by former President Ernest Bai Koroma for oral submission on June 8, 2022.

The All People’s Congress under the former president Koroma was alleged to have misappropriated public funds and were found wanting by the commission of Inquiry. Former president Koroma filed an appeal challenging the findings of the commission of Inquiry.

Yesterday, the appeal cases were supposed to come up for oral submission, but the substantive counsel Joseph F Kamara, was out of the country.
