Court Rules on APC Convention
Sorie Abubakar Justice Adrian Fisher of the High Court of Sierra Leone has delivered his ruling in the ongoing petition matter between Alfred Peter Conteh and the main opposition All People’s Congress Party (APC).
In his ruling today, August 9, 2021, the court ordered the opposition All People’s Congress Party (APC) to hold it’s National Delegates Conference (NDC) on 17th to 19th September 2021.
It also ordered the immediate creation of a 21-Member Special Committee responsible to plan and organise the National Delegates Conference (NDC).
