First Lady Fatima Bio to Attend 2024 London Political Summit And Awards
Salamatu Y. Kamara Sierra Leone’s First Lady, Dr. Fatima Maada Bio has departed from Freetown International Airport today to attend the 9th Annual London Political Summit and Awards 2024.
The summit, hosted by the C&M Centre for Leadership and Good Governance in partnership with the OSHA Association, will take place from October 9-11 at the House of Parliament, Westminster Palace, London.
The theme of this year’s summit, “Fostering Sustainable Peace and Democratic Order: The Visionary Leadership Imperative for Socio-Economic and Gender Equality in Political Governance,” aligns with the First Lady’s commitment to promoting peace, democracy, and gender equality in Sierra Leone and beyond.
