Sierra Leone’s Justice Fatmatta Bintu Alhadi(JA) has been called to the bench at the Middle Temple Inn, one of the Inns of Court in England.

Justice Alhadi is the first African to hold such a prestigious position at the Middle Temple Inn of Court of England. She is a private legal practitioner with over 17 years of work experience. she was called to the Sierra Leone Bar in 2003 and practiced at the Chambers of Wright and Co, Banda-Thomas and Co and later at her own private chambers.

Hon. Alhadi has served as Justice of the Court of Appeal of Sierra Leone, Head of the Legal Department, Assistant General Manager and Group Head of the Legal Department at the Guaranty Trust Bank (SL) Limited, providing legal and other services, and has also served as lecturer, lecturing Commercial Law and Professional Ethics at the Sierra Leone Law School.
