Catholic Mission Hospital in Masuba-Makeni , the Holy Spirit Hospital has announced that there will be a team of Reconstructive Plastic Surgeons from Spain at the hospital to perform free surgeries to Sierra Leoneans with breast cancer and Congenital problems or acquired problems such as various burn injuries (post burn contracture, keloid, skin grafting etc).
This was made known on a public notice issued on the 11th August by the Catholic Mission.
According to the notice, the said surgeries will commence on Thursday 17th August, 2023 to Wednesday 30th August, 2023.
Screening for Breast Cancer and plastic surgery patients will take place on the 17th, 18th and 19th August.

A renowned Professor, Xavier Santos is to lead the team of specialist who will perform the above mentioned surgeries.
