Sierra Leone’s Minister of Health and Sanitation, Austin Demby has received received Laboratory & Blood Safety Supplies from the Islamic Development Bank Group-IsDB.

It was revealed that, the aid came through the World Health Organisation-WHO SierraLeone which seeks to be of greater help to the country and the health sector.

Accordubf to then, the donation will help broaden access to improved diagnostic and other medical services with a focus on patient-centered care. This served as a focused point on the minister’s health for all campaign in making sure that, the health sector is very proactive in terms of its responsive native to case at every point in time.

The minister also maintained that a team from ministry headed by the DCMO-Clinical Dr. Med M.S Kabba convened a meeting of the top leadership of Princess Christian Maternity Hospital to address the healthcare challenges of the facility with a primary focus on reducing maternal mortality.
