The Minister of Health and Sanitation, Austin Demby has met with Dr. Joost Butenop of the German KFW and CARE on health related matters.

The discussion was geared towards the strategic ways on how the German KFW will start their next phase in Sierra Leone as part of the minister’s modern health platform to maintain a sustainable health for all n Sierra Leone.

The Minister also received the MED BOX which is an online open-source resource library for understanding and managing epidemics.

“Today I met with Dr. Joost Butenop of the German KFW and CARE as we discuss the next phase of German development cooperation returning to Sierra Leone. Also received MED BOX an online open-source resource library for understanding and managing epidemics” he asserted.

The Ministry Of Health And Sanitation has also received 13 life preserving oxygen concentrators from the World Bank which may be shared to PSMH, Ola During Children’s, Connaught and Lakka government hospital respectively.
