€2 Million Reward Offered for Information Leading to Bolle Jos’s Arrest
The Dutch Public Prosecution Service has increased its reward for information leading to the arrest of Jos Leijdekkers, widely known as Bolle Jos, from €200,000 to €2 million as authorities intensify efforts to locate the wanted fugitive.
The announcement, made on Monday, November 2, 2026, raises the financial incentive for anyone who can provide credible information that leads to Leijdekkers’ arrest.
Leijdekkers, regarded as one of Europe’s most wanted fugitives, is wanted by Dutch authorities over his alleged involvement in international cocaine trafficking.
He is believed to be in Sierra Leone, although authorities in Freetown have denied claims that he is in the country.
The increased reward is part of efforts to secure information that could help law enforcement agencies locate and apprehend him.
Anyone with information about Leijdekkers’ whereabouts is being urged to contact the Dutch authorities through the dedicated telephone number, +31 6 38 88 44 93.
The increase from €200,000 to €2 million represents a tenfold rise in the reward offered for information leading to his arrest.
