Deputy Youths Minister Discusses Youths Empowerment With First Lady Fatima Bio
Mohamed Aruna In the bid to promote and sustain the development and empowerment of the youths in the country, the deputy minister of youth affairs Patrick Gibrilla has on the 7th February, 2024 paid a courtesy call on First Lady Fatima Bio.
Their discussion cuts across plans and methodologies of having empowerment for the youth as planned by President Bio in the provision of 500,000 jobs across the country.
The meeting exemplifies the First Lady’s willingness to foster cooperation and address youth-related issues.
The exchanges between the First Lady and the Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs, who also doubles as the Deputy Young Generation Leader of the SLPP, emphasized the importance of incorporating a range of viewpoints in developing programmes and policies that benefit the next generation.
