Notorious Fraudster Francise Koroma Captured and Detained in Guinea
Sahid Bangura After a long-awaited pursuit, on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, notorious fraudster Francise Koroma—who is wanted by many Sierra Leoneans, including the Criminal Investigation Department of Sierra Leone—was captured and detained last night in Guinea.
The operation which Sahid Bangura led came as a result of him being a victim of fraud to the alleged fraudster, Francise Koroma. The young Journalist, accompanied by John Tarawallie aka John Tee from Sierra Leone, narrated his ordeal with the alleged fraudster.
“On the 23rd of November 2024, I went to Guinea to buy a car worth 10,000 Dollars from Francise Koroma for Mr and Mrs Timbo. Sadly, Francise Koroma, together with his accomplices, after receiving the money tricked me and made away with the 10,000 Dollars.”
It was reported that Francise Koroma was caught with fake insurance documents and he has also been using fake Sierra Leonean Passports to fraud people. He is currently detained with the Guinea police authority.
