The National Revenue Authority (NRA) has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening institutional accountability, innovation, and high performance following a Senior Management Retreat aimed at enhancing leadership, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.

The retreat brought together the Authority’s senior leadership for a series of strategic engagements focused on improving operational efficiency, fostering teamwork, and aligning management priorities with the NRA’s mandate of mobilizing domestic revenue for Sierra Leone’s development.

According to the NRA, the retreat provided a platform for senior managers to review organizational priorities, exchange experiences, and develop strategies that will improve service delivery and support sustainable revenue growth.

The Authority noted that the engagements also reinforced a shared commitment among its leadership to uphold accountability, embrace innovation, and cultivate a high-performance work culture capable of responding effectively to the evolving demands of tax administration.
