Plastic Surgeons from Spain to Perform Surgeries on Sierra Leoneans
Ibrahim Hashim A team of Reconstructive Plastic Surgeons from Spain will reportedly be at the Holy Spirit Hospital, Masuba-Makeni to perform surgeries on people with congenital problems.
This is according to a public notice issued today by the Holy Spirit Hospital, Masuba-Makeni, Catholic Mission.
“A team of Reconstructive Plastic Surgeons from Spain will be at the Holy Spirit Hospital, Masuba-Makeni commencing on Monday 18th July, 2022 – Friday 22nd July, 2022,” the notice states.
“They will perform surgeries on people with congenital problems (problems from birth) or acquired problems {accident injuries) such as varied burn injuries, post burn contracture, keloid, skin grafting etc.”
The notice adds that the surgeries will be performed on a first-come and first-serve basis.
