2023 Elections: Sierra Leone Police Engage Journalists
Patrick J. F. Conteh, The Media and Communication Officer of the Kabala Police Division Koinadugu District, yesterday engaged Journalists from both Shalom 89.5 FM Kabala and Bintumani 93.7 FM radios at the Bintumani Conference Hall, Kabala.
The Police and Journalists want to see each other as development partners in all works of life ahead of the Sierra Leone multi-tier General Elections on the 24th of June 2023.
Conteh in addressing the audience said, “the role of the Media is very important as well as the law enforcement Sierra Leone Police Force for Good so, we need to plan together for a better and common understanding in discharging our various duties in the district.”
He further asked the media to verify the dress code of their reporters during the election coverage and required the details be sent by Steven A. Gibrilla a Reporter at Radio Shalom 89.5.
