President Bio Attends African Political Alliance Ministerial Conference in Togo
Kanja Sesay President Julius Maada Bio has arrived in Lomé, Togo, to participate in the Extraordinary Ministerial Conference of the African Political Alliance (APA) at the invitation of Togolese President Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé.
The conference brings together African leaders and senior government officials to discuss issues relating to regional cooperation, political dialogue, and continental development.
In a statement, President Bio said his participation reflects Sierra Leone’s continued commitment to promoting regional integration and strengthening collaboration among African nations.
“As Chairman of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, I remain dedicated to fostering regional integration for the benefit of our collective interests,” President Bio said.
His attendance at the conference comes as he continues to lead ECOWAS efforts aimed at promoting peace, stability, and economic cooperation across West Africa.
The African Political Alliance conference provides a platform for member states to exchange ideas and strengthen partnerships in addressing common political and development challenges facing the continent.
