The Director General of the National Civil Registration Authority (NCRA), Mohamed Mubashir Massaquoi, paid a visit to H.E. Rasha Soliman, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Sierra Leone.
During their discussions at the Embassy, Ambassador Rasha Soliman expressed her sincere gratitude to the Director General and the entire NCRA team for their efficient support in facilitating the swift civil registration of the Al-Azhar Al-Sharif educational and religious envoys in Sierra Leone.
They both further discuss broader opportunities to enhance collaboration, focusing on digital transformation, capacity building, robust civil registration and identity systems, and infrastructure.

Finally, H.E the Ambassador and the DG reaffirmed their commitments to the long-standing friendship between Egypt and Sierra Leone, exploring ways to build resilient, tech-driven institutions that leave no one behind.
