The death toll of the Wellington tanker explosion has risen to 144 as of 13 November, 2021.

New report has revealed facts about the Wellington explosion which claimed the lives of around 99 Sierra Leoneans.

According to Umaru Fofana, the overall death toll of the fire incident has now risen to 144 with 67 others admitted.

Of the 67 people admitted, 11 are said to be in critical condition.

Apart from those who burnt to death, it’s reported that over 100 people sustained different levels or degrees of burns.

Following the incident, victims were hospitalized. And the government has been making efforts to support hospitalized victims.

However, reports indicate the growing nature of the death toll among victims.
