Tears as Corpse of Kandeh Yumkella’s Late Wife Arrives in Freetown For Burial
The remains of Dr Kandeh Yumkella’s wife, Mrs Philomena Yumkella has safely landed in Freetown Sierra Leone.

A candlelight procession was held on Friday 8th July 2022 at Sea coach Aberdeen in Freetown from 5 pm to 7 pm, followed by a Muslim prayer which will be held on Sunday 10th July at Juba Hill in Freetown from 2 pm to 4 pm.
A vigil will be held on Wednesday 13th July at St Paul’s Mayor Seminary Regent in Freetown from 6 pm to 9 pm, following a mass on Thursday 14th July at St Paul’s Mayor Seminary Regent Freetown starting from 10 am to 12 noon.
The departing convoy to Bo is on Friday 15 July 1pm at Higgeas I’m at Kit Drive.
The final funeral service for the Late Mrs Yumkella will be held in Bo on Saturday 16th July 2022, and burial is at the CKC gravesite at 1 pm.
