On Sunday evening, June 1, 2021, a three-story building collapsed at Lumley Regent Pentagon Junction, resulting in many residents becoming homeless and several individuals reportedly trapped under the rubble.
Emergency response efforts are currently underway, with search and rescue teams actively working on the scene to save lives.
Authorities are urging the community to remain calm as they continue their efforts to locate and assist those affected by this tragic incident.

We still don’t know what caused the building collapses that occurred last year. Nor the fire incident at State House. And now, with the onset of the rains, buildings have started collapsing. Where are the professionals with all the big letters – PhD, Ing, – following their names? I suppose sitting in offices and writing projects…we are hopelessly useless.
