US Embassy in Sierra Leone Stands With President Bio in The Aftermath of Attack
Mohamed Aruna In the wake of the recent attack on the Wilberforce military barracks in Freetown, Sierra Leone, the United States Embassy in Sierra Leone has firmly expressed its support for the actions taken by President Julius Maada Bio to address the situation.
The Embassy issued a statement commending the president for his prompt and decisive response to the attack, which resulted in the repelling of the assailants and the restoration of order in the capital. The Embassy also expressed its deep condolences to the families of those who lost their lives while defending the state and its citizens.
Highlighting the importance of national unity, the Embassy urged all Sierra Leoneans to set aside their differences and work together to promote the common good. It also called for the perpetrators of the attack to be held accountable in accordance with due process and the rule of law.
The Embassy lauded the courage of Sierra Leonean leaders from across the political spectrum for speaking out against violence and for pledging their commitment to democracy, peace, and stability.
The United States Embassy pledged its continued support to the government and people of Sierra Leone in their efforts to rebuild from the aftermath of the attack and to advance their democratic aspirations.

It is very true. SLPP is the only one that can hand over power to devilish, Satanic power hungerers without trying to overthrow them. What a mess in some of those satanic dogs been born in sierra leone. Dogs are even better than most of you. All of you are going to die like King Saul and his families in the bible. Who God blessed, don’t try to harm them, you will not live long. Maada Bio will rule untill his term finish. And if he want, he will win again. Amen. Those who are responsible for destroying lives and the states properties and our country, may God almighty destroy them all. Amen. I am getting fedup of such behaviors in sierra leone. May God protect our country, our people, and our President and families. Amen!!!!!!.
It’s all plan by maada Bio with his incompetent government to add more suffering to the people
The people of Sierra Leone are not saved because of the weakness of the president. Some of us are in hurry, the country is very difficult. there is no jobs and influecation is the other of the day God help us.
The president is weak to stop such mess. The message is clear who are responsible but the president is completely weak.
