The APC party Koinadugu Distric has ended their final campaign rally for the District Council Chairman, Thursday, September 30, 2021, in Kabala Township.

The occasion was graced by top party stalwarts including, 2018 presidential candidate, Dr. Samura Kamara, Ambassador Alimamy Petito Koroma, Ambassador Alimamy Kamara, Mayor Aki Sawyeer, Wat A Man, amongst hundreds of other people.

The massive turnout of thousands of party supporters is a testament to demonstrate that Koinaduguans are grateful to what the APC party did for them when they were in governance.

During the official launching ceremony in Kabala, Dr. Kaifala Marah, called upon supporters of the party to rally behind the party’s candidate, Lawrence Teteh Kargbo, and vote massively come October 2, 2021.

The APC, he said, has made significant landmark development projects which the people of Koinadugu cannot forget so quickly.

He mentioned the Kabala-Yogomaia townships roads which is one of the best tarred roads in the country, the electrification project which was negotiated by the West Africa Power Pool and signed by Dr. Kaifala Marah himself as then Minister of Finance and Economic Development, the water supply project which was about 90% completed, the beautiful Kabala Clock Tower, the Kabala – Krubola Trunk road, the Makakura -Yiffin Trunk road, amongst many others.

He lamented that, despite all the efforts and resources that were poured into most of the projects left behind by the APC administration, the SLPP government can’t even maintain them not to talk about implementing new ones in the district.

The extraordinary and massive turnout at the launching of the campaign has sent a strong message to the SLPP that the APC party will continue to maintain its political dominance in Koinadugu District.

He optimistically promised that the APC party is surely going to win the District Council Chairmanship election scheduled for Saturday, October 2, 2021.
