Hundreds of statemen and senior comrades of the All People’s Congress party, as well as thousands of mourners who cherished the late woman Ya Bomposseh Kadiatu Kandeh Wusu Sesay’s life that is believed to have been lived forthrightly, converged in Rogbore village, a township, known and respected for its abundant cultural and religious presence, for the burial of the late Ya Bomposseh Kadiatu Kandeh Wusu Sesay.

The town of Rogbore, Sierra Leone, went from a state of sadness to ecstatic singing and dancing with the arrival of Dr. Samura M W Kamara. Family, friends, supporters, and locals all gathered to pay their respects to the late Ya Bomposseh KKW Sesay’s remains before they were laid to rest.

Former President Earnest Bai Koroma, outgoing All People’s Congress Secretary General Ambassador Foday Yansaneh, former Youth Minister Hon. Bai Mahmoud, former Minister of Agriculture Dr. Sam Sesay, former Minister of Lands and Local Government Hon. Diana Konomanyi, former Minister of Tourism Sidi Yayah Tunis, and thousands more paid their respects to the Kamara and Sesay family of Kamalo and Rogbore villages.

In her brief statement to the waiting press, Hon. Diana Konomayi offered her condolences to the families and Dr. Samura Kamara.
“I am heartened to see the APC unite as a family in sorrow, standing in support of one another”, she started.

After the local Mosques had finished their Friday prayers, they performed the Janaza prayer. PC Shick Abdul Rahiman Bangura, the Chief Imara of the Mosque and also the Paramount Chief of the Tingira Chiefdom, spoke about death as the ultimate end of everything in his Friday sermon.

The Imam encouraged the congregation to maintain moral standards even amid a culture that values individualism and secular norms more than faith.
“Everyone must eventually confront death, and no one knows when that day will come”.

PC Shiek Abdul Rahman Bangurhief urged, “Change your ways because nothing lasts forever”.

Remember that earlier this month, Ya Bomposeh Kadiatu Kandeh Wusu Sesay passed away in the United States following a brief illness. Her mother, Ya Bomporroh Kamara, her brother, Dr. Samura Kamara, her children, and countless others who admired her have all expressed their sorrow at her passing.
