The inter-party court case of the main opposition All Peoples Congress (APC) that has pitched Alfred Peter Conteh versus Former President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma & Others, has yesterday October 6th 2021, been adjourned for another two weeks to Monday October 18th 2021 when Presiding Justice Adrian Fisher has promised to rule on a proposed application by the Plaintiff Alfred Peter Conteh.

When the case came up for hearing yesterday, Lawyers for the Defendants protested that a Motion which Conteh’s lawyers filed, had not been served on their clients. The Motion is believed to be one of for alleged Contempt Of Court by the Defendants which include the Former President of Sierra Leone, Dr. Ernest Bai Korma and his embattled executive members.

Justice Adrian Fisher ruled in favour of the Former President after the Plaintiff lawyer conceded to have not served the papers. The matter was the adjourned to 18th October when the case will continue to be heard.
