The 2018 presidential flagbearer of the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC), Dr. Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara lashed out at his critics who, he said, smear his hard-earned image and reputation confidently stating: “Nobody will bring me down.”

Dr. Samura Kamara was speaking shortly after High Court postponed his matter from Friday 10th December to the 14th December, this year.

According to Dr. Samura, the charges brought against him by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) are politically motivated, adding that they want to use the case to distract him from his presidential ambition. He continued that he and his legal team are yet to understand the crux of the matter, adding that most of the alleged illegal disbursements were done during this SLPP government.

The Exclusive reported that, he concluded by calling on the ACC and the High Court to speedily look into the matter so that he will have enough time to pursue his presidential ambition and save this nation from what he referred to as “corrupt people.”
