Leone Stars Captain Steven Caulker Club Faces Relegation

Leone Stars Captain, Steven Caulker’s Reading FC have been relegated from the Sky Bet Championship Championship.

The team will now play in League 1 after Huddersfield beat Sheffield United on Thursday 4 May. Reading’s relegation means they will be playing in the third tier for the first time in 21 years.

The Sierra Leonean international signed a half year deal with Wigan Athletic, managed by former Ivorian international Kolo Touré.

Wigan confirmed the signing of Leone Stars captain Steven Caulker, a deal that runs until the end of the 2022/2023 season campaign.
