Alie Conteh Receives Best Player And Golden Boot Awards From SLFA
The leading Goal scorer of the just concluded 2022/2023 Sierra Leone Premier League, Alie Conteh has received his Best Player and Golden Boot awards today 27th July 2023 at the SLFA Secretariat in Battery Street Kingtom.
The Award was presented by the Acting Secretary General of the Sierra Leone Football Association Mohamed Benson Bawoh as the Player recently top the goal chart with 19 goals.
In a recent development, Goderich FC has withdrawn Ali Conteh from FC Kallon. The Western Area Football Association Division One Club made the withdrawal statement through a letter dated 22nd July 2023, addressed to the General Manager of FC Kallon.
The said letter confirms the expiration of the tenure of the loan spell which ended with FC Kallon on 31st July 2023. According to the said letter, there were concerns raised by the player with great discontent about playing for the club and Alie Conteh [ZONZI] will no longer be playing for Kallon Football Club[ FC Kallon].
