The Sierra Leonean side FC Kallon is set to host the Egyptian side Future FC tomorrow October 9th 2022 at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium in Liberia for the first-leg encounter of the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round which is also the last phase to secure a group stage spot in the 2022/23 edition.

FC Kallon who are in the quest to reach the group stage of the continental Inter-Clubs competitions progressed to the second round of the CAF Confederation Cup after eliminating the Benin side Les Buffles on aggregates 4-0, while striker Alie Conteh scored a hat-trick in the return-leg encounter.

Future FC was established eleven years ago and they are debutants in the CAF Inter-Clubs competitions after winning the maiden edition of the EFA League Cup a knockout competition that features only Premier League clubs in Egypt, the visitors for tomorrow’s encounter crashed out Uganda’s Bul Jinja FC on aggregates 1-0 win, which they secured in the second-leg match away from home
