The Vice Chairman of East End Lions Football Club, Mohamed Gento Kamara has pledged Le100 Million old Leone with other incentives for the team if they defeat Bo Rangers in their Sierra Leone Premier League clash. The hugely anticipated match is slated to take place on Friday 27 January 2022 at the Trade Centre field in Freetown.

While making the pledge Gento emphasised on the importance of the match and advice the players not to be distracted in their quest for the 2023 Premier League title.

Captain of East End Lions, Kemson Fofanah expressed appreciation to Gento for his continued support to the squad .

The two teams are separated by six points, with Bo Rangers leading the table with 23 points from 9 matches played and East End Lions sit at third position with 17 points gained from 9 matches.

The two teams are currently unbeaten in the league but history placed the Killer in a better position over their rivals, having eight out of ten previous meetings. Rangers have only one win and a draw since 2011.

The match on Friday is also a big test for East End Lions Coach Zappa, who is battling to keep his position as head coach of the team.
