Leone Stars and former Bo Rangers striker Musa Noah Kamara aka Musa Tombo has today on a video pleaded to the President of the Sierra Leone Football Association, Daddy Brima and the entire association to lift his football ban.

Sierra Leone Football Association media and marketing head Ibrahim Kamara said they had suspended Musa Kamara due to the controversy surrounding his status with his Libyan team, Al-Ittihad.

“In a bid to effect sanity into the said matter, SLFA has taken a decision to temporarily suspend Musa Noah Kamara from participating in all SLFA sanctioned and affiliated competitions in Sierra Leone,” a statement from Ibrahim Kamara reads.

Since this press statement was issued from the SLFA body, Musa Tombo has not been allowed to play any community leagues within the municipal of Freetown.

A month ago after the press statement from Ibrahim Kamara, head of SLFA Marketing and Media team, Musa attempted to play the Potafa Community League and he was denied access by the organizers of the competition.

On his video dated today 26th October 2022, Musa Tombo disclosed the reasons why his plea should be considered by Daddy Brima. On his plea, he stated that if he continued to stay on the ban for a year, that will diminish his football skills.

To show how sincere in his plea, Musa Tombo called the attention of The President Bio to intervene and forgive him for whatever his actions might have caused. He continued calling the attention of the Minister of sports, Mr. Nyelenkeh.

Concluding his pep talk, Musa called the attention of his fans to help plead on his behalf for his ban to be lifted. He affirmed that his is a changed man now and history will not repeat itself on him again.

“…I am New Musa Tombo..” he stated.
