The Sierra Leone National Football team, Leone Stars has hit the gym this morning as a means of intensifying their fitness Training for the Total Energies AFCON 2021 in Cameroon.
Leone Stars is set to face teams with Physical Players like Algeria and Ivory coast and hitting the Gym before going to AFCON n January is a step in the right direction.
