Leone Stars U23 Forward Rule Out of Zambia Clash in Lusaka

Leone Stars Forward Emmanuel Samadia has been ruled out of Zambia Clash in Lusaka.

According to reports, the Sierra Leonean forward will miss the Zambia return-leg clash as a result of request from his Israeli professional club Hapoel Rishon Lezion who are currently struggling in their league. The winger absence in the U23 squad will impact the Sierra Leone U23 side.

However, Coach Amidu Karim has expressed optimism over his second leg-clash with Zambia despite his first-leg draw at the SKD.

Joshua Mutale stepped up to convert the spot-kick to give Zambia a critical away goal to take in their October 29 final leg at National Heroes Stadium.

Evidently, it was not the result Sierra Leone expected.However, the Leone Stars U23 Squad appears to be focused and resilient going into the return leg on the 29th October in Lusaka, Zambia.
