The Management of East End Lions Football Club, on Thursday 2 March 2023, pledged the sum Le50 million as match winning bonus ahead of their cash with rivals FC Kallon Football Club.

According to the report, the pledge came ahead of the hugely anticipated match against FC Kallon in the Sierra Leone Premier League(SLPL) slated for today, Friday 3rd March 2023 at the Angola Field, Freetown.

The Management of East End Lions Football Club reportedly pledged the sum of Le50,000 (Le50 million Old Leones) as Sierra Leone Premier League (SLPL) Match winning bonus as well the Squad camping. The announcement was made at the Fabulous Resort, York.

According to the Chairperson of the Club, Anthony Navo, they as management believe that it is duty bound on them to motivate the boys and give them the very best in terms of preparation and hospitality as always.

Anthony Navo said he is optimistic about a positive result against FC Kallon.

The interim Coach Raymond Hunter has named a very strong 21-Man Squad led by the in-form skipper Kemson Fofanah. With Alpha Kamara (Alphajor) and Ibrahim Kamara (Eto’o) as the notable absentees due to injuries.

Coach Hunter reportedly said the boys are in high spirits for the Friday encounter with Kallon FC.
He stated the target of the team is to take all three points.

East End Lions are sitting in 4th place in the ongoing 2022-2023 Sierra Leone Premier League table.
