Bo Rangers Football Club have defeated Lamboi FC to secure their top spot in the Sierra Leone Premier League.

Rangers come from behind to secure a 2-1 win at home, and stretch their lead in the league table to four points .

Lamboi, the Abima Boys from Lungi, took the Lead midway in the first half of play with a goal from Ibrahim Kamara. Former FC Kallon Forward, Abu Komeh scored the equalizer for Bo Rangers before the end of the first half.

In the 71st minute of play, the Elephant’s captain, Abu Bakarr Samura scored the winning goal to secure the three points for the defending champions.

Bo Rangers lead the SLPL table with 23 points after nine matches played.
