Sierra Leoneans Celebrate Hawa Tombo After Ivory Coast Vs Sierra Leone Match (Video)

As the jubilation was ongoing after the impressive performance of Leone Stars at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon against Ivory Coast, Sierra Leoneans celebrated Hawa Tombo for the performance of her husband, Musa N. Kamara popularly known as Musa Tombo.

Musa Tombo scored the equalizing goal against Ivory Coast and he became the first Sierra Leonean footballer to score at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. With all odds and intimidations, Hawa stood firm with the football star to see that he achieves his football dream. Before leaving for Cameroon, the newly wedded wife kneeled down and prayed for her husband to score and make Sierra Leone proud. As her prayers was answered, Sierra Leoneans crowded Hawa Tombo and celebrated her.
