The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has extended its best wishes to three Sierra Leonean clubs set to represent the country in upcoming CAF Inter-Club competitions.
In a public notice released on Monday, August 24, 2026, the SLFA named Star Sports Academy FC, East End Lions FC, and Mogbwemo Queens as Sierra Leone’s continental representatives.
Star Sports Academy FC will compete in the CAF Champions League, while East End Lions FC will represent the country in the CAF Confederation Cup. Mogbwemo Queens will compete in the CAF Women’s Champions League.
The SLFA urged the three clubs to represent Sierra Leone with pride, discipline and determination as they take on the continental stage.
The football governing body said the clubs carry not only the hopes of their supporters but also the aspirations of the entire Sierra Leonean football family.
”Go out there, compete with courage, make our nation proud and fly the Sierra Leone flag high,” the SLFA stated.
The association concluded by wishing all three clubs success in their respective continental campaigns, under the message: ”One Country. One Football Family. One Dream.”
