
SLBA Postpones General Meeting to Focus on The Release of Lawyer Ady Macauley

The Directors of the Sierra Leone Bar Association has announced the postponement of the SLBA general meeting slated for Friday, the 7th October, 2022.
This announcement was made today, the 7th October, 2022 in a General Notice issued out to its membership.
According to the Notice, the said meeting is postponed to Thursday the 13th October, 2022 at the High Court No.2, Law Court Building, Siaka Stevens Street, Freetown.
The reason for the postponement as contained in the Notice is to use this day initially slated for their general meeting, to focus on facilitating the release of their colleague, Ady Macauley who is currently in police custody.
