Grass Takes Over “Hands Off Our Girls” Office as Fatima Bio Abandons Campaign
Office of the Hands Off Our Girls Campaign in Kenema has been abandoned.
The Office of one of the most flamboyant campaigns of Sierra Leone led by the First Lady, Fatima Bio, has been been completely left to grow grass.
The Office which is located at Fatima Bio Drive off Maxwell Khobe Street, Kenema supposed to be the Coordinating Center for promoting the welfare of girls and campaigning against rape and sexual penetration in that part of the country.
The current state of the Office shows that activities of promoting girls welfare dysfunctional.
Maintenance and sustainability is one of major challenges the country faces in terms of development.
