David Monina Sengeh, the Chief Minister of the Republic of Sierra Leone has visited the High Court of Sierra Leone and engaged the Chief Justice, Desmond Babatunde Edwards.
This according to the minister is part of the President’s big five priorities for his second term’s achievement which is the public and justice sector reforms, which was why he visited the high court for the first time in his life.
He disclosed that, the chief justice is full with an excellent vision of reform which includes the review of the criminal procedural act of 1965, the e-court and many more.
” One of president bio’s big five priorities is public and justice sector reform. This is why I visited the high courts for the first time in my life today. Excellent vision of the reform from the Chief Justice, which includes review of the criminal procedural act (1965), e-courts, etc.” he stated
