MOHS Commemorates World Mental Day
Mohamed Aruna The Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MOHS) has on the 10th October, 2023 Celebrated the World Mental Health Day on the theme “Mental health is a universal human right”.
The Ministry at the ceremony maintained that, the dictates can rollout a vast access to the timely mental health services for everyone in the country and the world at large.
The Ministry also disclosed that they have worked together with the partners in health (PIH Sierra Leone) being a proud members working together in making the health care a human right in Sierra Leone as well as member of the global PIH family.
With the partnership they strongly maintained that they are working with everyone to see that the issues of mental health are being dealt with in the country.
The partnership to ensure the issues of mental health in Sierra Leone become a human right concern.
