Ibrahim Tawa Conteh, Member of Parliament representing the Sierra Leone’s People’s Party (SLPP) in the Western Area Urban has been elected Deputy Speaker of the Sierra Leone Parliament.
Conteh polled 94 votes to defeat Hon. Haja Miatta Amara at the election held in the House of Parliament on Thursday.
