Police Officer Accused of Domestic Violence May Face Possible Dismissal
Alhassan Tejan Kamara, an officer of the Sierra Leone Police’s Operational Support Division (OSD) in Kamakwie, is facing possible dismissal following a disciplinary hearing on charges of misconduct.
The Sierra Leone Police’s Disciplinary Hearing Committee recommended Kamara’s dismissal after he pleaded guilty to assaulting his girlfriend, a brutal incident that has garnered public attention.

Possible dismissal? If he is guilty of domestic abuse, he has to go. A violator of the law can not be a police officer. Domestic abuse is a problem and a police officer who abuses his wife can not be part of the solution.
These are people we are expecting them to preach peace not fight in our nation, I hope justice will be done in this matter well, looking forward for the final decision of the matter.
No one is suprime only the law, so if a police officiel is found guilty he have to face the consiquencies OK. He need to be punish according to the law of the state…
