The Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education, Conrad Sacky, hosted the president and executive members of the Concerned Pupils Association.
According to the minister, Mohamed Turay the president and his team shared details of their inspiring project, “The Sierra Leone Peace, National Unity, and Non-Violent Summit”.
The summit is scheduled for October 10th 2024, at the Parliament of Sierra Leone.
The minister said he is encouraged by their commitment to fostering peace, unity, and non-violence among young people.

He said the summit objectives which are promoting dialogue, collaboration, and tolerance are vital to building the peaceful and inclusive nation Sierra Leone envision.

He also said he is honored to served as a moral guarantor for this important event. He disclosed that he is looking forward to supporting their efforts and encouraged all stakeholders to join the collective mission of creating a brighter and more united Sierra Leone.
