Police Arrest Alleged November 2023 Coup Suspect at Freetown International Airport
Sierra Leone Security Forces at the Freetown International Airport have arrested one Inspector Joseph Dumbuya, a Suspect in the November 2023 Failed Coup.
The report, which surfaced in the afternoon hours of today, 2nd April 2025, came amidst the Sierra Leone Government’s heightened interest in tracing all the suspects involved in the 2023 attempted coup, which undermined the country’s peace and stability.
Following the attempted coup, the government published a list of suspects involved in the attempted coup, in which almost all of them were reportedly one way or the other connected to the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) Party, or the party’s northern stronghold
The breaking news has sparked public attention, leaving the public with excitement as they express thanks and appreciations to the security personnel at the Freetown International Airport.

Coup against who? This is absolute nonsense. If anything, Maada Bio is the coupist against the people of Sierra Leone who voted overwhelmingly on June 24th, 2023 elections. Maada Bio is an evil man who enjoys killing innocent people especially those who stand up against him. The entire world knows how he’s been killing people since he came to power in 2018 to date. Allah will arrest Maada Bio for all his financial crimes and crimes against humanity.
