Air Sierra Leone has announced the launch of full commercial flight operations between London and Freetown, effective today Monday, June 16, 2025.
The inaugural flight is set to depart from Gatwick International Airport at 23:00 LT and is expected to arrive in Freetown at 05:00 LT on Tuesday, June 17.
On the same day, the return flight will leave Freetown International Airport at 10:45 LT, arriving back in London at 17:45 LT.
The new route will be serviced by a modern Boeing 737-8 Max, featuring a capacity of 189 seats. The airline is still offering special Eid promotional fares for travelers. The public is encouraged to take advantage of this new service connecting the two cities.
